We hope to make the journey into your MY360 home as simple as possible.  So, to help you make the most of your viewing, here are some questions that you may want to ask our Sales Representative:

Moving into your brand new dream MY360 home could be easier and more affordable than you think. With Help to Buy you could buy with just a 5% deposit. And if you’ve got a home to sell, why not leave it to us? With our Easy Key scheme we’ll do all the arranging and even pay your estate agents fees. Don’t forget to ask about our latest offers too.

Do you have any offers on?

Ask if you will qualify for the Help to Buy scheme.  With just 5% deposit, you could be on your way to your new home.  And with no fees payable on up to 20% of your mortgage for the first five years, you will save money on your monthly payments.

How quickly can you move in?

If you’re in a hurry to move, it’s worth asking if any homes are available or will be soon. If the home you choose is still being built, obviously there could be a bit of a wait. We’ll keep you up to date with the anticipated completion date of your home. We do everything we can to help you move into your new MY360 home no later than two weeks after completion. How long will it take to move?

Ask our Sales Representative how soon homes will be available – we may even have some ready for you to move into!  If you choose a home that is still being built, then we will keep you up to date with the anticipated completion.  We will do everything that we can to help you move into your new home no later than two weeks after completion.  Our aim is to make the move your new M360 home as enjoyable as possible.

What’s included in the house price?

What’s included will vary by development, so it’s always worth checking. All MY360 homes are fitted with stylish kitchens plus fully fitted, high spec bathrooms and en suites. Our sales adviser will talk you through what’s included in the home you choose, what options you have for upgraded items and what the additional cost, if any, for upgraded items would be.

If your home isn’t built yet, you may want to upgrade some of the fixtures.  Once you reserve your home, we will provide you with an ‘extras’ pack, which will give a breakdown of your upgrade options and their prices.

What about the local area?

Ask our Sales Representative about the local area.   They will be able to give you details and information packs about the nearest schools, parks, community buildings or any planned developments.
